Low Fat Defatted Soy Milk Clarification Separator Centrifuge 10000 L/H SS316L Disc Stack

When soy milk is produced from partially defatted soy flour or from low fat beans, the fine solids behave differently. There is less fat to carry particles, so the suspended fines settle slowly and pass through ordinary filters, leaving a chalky sediment that shows up after sterilization. A disc stack separator, with its short settling distance and very high centrifugal field, removes those fines efficiently at full production flow. The DHC-500 is a self cleaning disc stack
